We are happy to share not only everything we know about sewing but also our love for it.

Kids learn to sew by hand, with a sewing machine, learn to read patterns, fabric layout, casings for elastics, following instructions, math (yep, we can't escape math!), zippers, patchwork, quilting basics and more!  Sewing is a fun way to get kids into STEAM and off the screen!

But through sewing, one also learns problem solving, attention to detail, DIY capacity, patience, self-empowerment, we really can't say enough about the benefits of sewing...we are biased!

Beginners will learn to use a sewing machine safely and sew and design shirts, skirts, shorts, pants, bags, and more. More advanced sewists use a variety of books and patterns that we especially get or make for them.

We are taking all necessary precautions to sew safely. Sewing machines and other tools, as well as door knobs, light switches and tables are disinfected after each class. Students have their own work table and box with their own sewing tools to prevent sharing. Students and instructors as well as everyone coming into the workshop must wear face coverings at all times.
