Service Description
Open to children age 8+ This 9 week class is designed to bring joy and creativity into your life through the practical art of sewing. From sewing bags and accessories to creating your own clothes, I am here to help you learn new skills, build confidence, and express your creativity through sewing. This class is perfect for beginners and intermediate sewists who want to master the art of sewing while having fun and enjoying the process. Join us and discover the happiness that sewing can bring! - Class is one hour and 15 minutes. - No class January 31st. - All supplies and use of sewing machine are included in tuition: the prettiest cotton fabrics, thread, felt, interfacing, stuffing, buttons, patterns, everything! - This booking form will not take you to a payment page. An invoice will be sent to you via Quickbooks by January 5th, 2026. **This class can be retaken, the love of sewing never ends! There are always skills to be mastered and new skills to learn. Students who sign up for this session can sign up for another session.

POLICIES
Policies for kids weekly classes- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 1. Students can withdraw anytime. Please give a 4 week notice of cancellation. You will receive a refund of the remaining classes after the 4 weeks of notice of cancellation ( ie: if there are 8 remaining sessions, you will be refunded 4 sessions.) 2. Absences: If your child will miss a class, please let me know as soon as you can.
 Missed classes are not refundable and do not reduce tuition. 3. Make-Up Classes (Friendly Note: They’re Not Guaranteed)**
Our classes are intentionally small — only 9 students per class — because we have exactly 9 sewing stations. Unfortunately, this means I cannot add extra students beyond that limit. Here’s how make-ups work: * There are no reserved make-up spots in any class. * When a student reports an absence, their seat may become a possible make-up opportunity. * I reach out to families on the make-up list to see who can use that spot. * If it matches your schedule, great! If not, I’ll offer the next available one. * Because space is limited, make-ups are not guaranteed, but I always do my best to accommodate whenever possible. * Make-ups must be used within the same session and cannot carry over to future sessions. There are no make-ups for missed make-ups. 4. Winter weather policy- To keep everyone safe, classes may be canceled due to inclement weather. * The first weather-related canceled class of the session will not be made up. * Starting with the second canceled class, we will schedule make-up classes based on the studio’s availability. * Make-up times may not align with your child’s usual class schedule, but we’ll do our best to offer options when possible. * There are no refunds for class canceled due to inclement weather.
