Campers will have a fantastic time as they sew + craft a variety of projects like bags, pillows, pouches, wearables, accessories, etc... It will be a combination of hand sewing and machine sewing. This camp will give campers the confidence to keep creating and will inspire and endless love of sewing. * Beautiful fabrics, felt and all other supplies are included in camp fee. * This camp is beginner friendly. No sewing experience is required and those with experience will take on new challenges. * Opened to children ages 10+. * Class size is limited to 8 campers which allows personalized attention. Summer camp policy: + $100 deposit (per camp that your child will attend) is required upon registration. An invoice will be sent via Quickbooks within 4 days of registration. Full payment must be made by May 15th. You will be reminded about due date. Please understand that spots will not be reserved after 5/15 if full payment has not been received. + Registrations made after 5/15 will be required to make full payment upon registration. + If notice is given 2 weeks+ from start date that you want to cancel, a full refund will be given minus $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the two weeks prior to camp start date will receive no refunds. If for any reason the heartfelt workshop needs to cancel a camp, parents will be notified and a full refund will be given.
Kids classes +Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to start session date will receive half of tuition. If session is cancelled on the start date or after, there will be no refunds. Please contact me if you would like to switch to another day/time class at least 10 days prior to session start date. I will do my best to accommodate your child to your new requested class. +Teacher is fully vaccinated. Masks are optional. +Make-up class policy: There are no refunds or credits for missed classes. Heartfelt may offer make ups, if schedule allows it, but make ups are not guaranteed. Make up spots become available when another student misses a class. I ask parents to let me know when your child will be missing (with as much anticipation as they can), knowing that helps me make spots available for students that want make up a missed class. There are no make ups for missed make ups. Make up classes must be scheduled during the session the class was missed and are not transferable to the next session. +Winter weather policy- You will be notified via e-mail or text when class has to be canceled due to inclement weather. The first class canceled due to inclement weather will not be rescheduled. A make up classes will be scheduled after the second canceled "snow day", i.e. if two Saturdays are canceled for snow, one Saturday will be made up. If more than one class has been canceled due to snow, then make-up options may be presented to students and families on a class-by-class basis depending on the workshop's availability. Missed make-up classes will not be rescheduled. Although Heartfelt will make every effort to make-up all canceled classes during the winter session, it cannot guarantee that all make-ups will occur. The Heartfelt Workshop cannot provide refunds for canceled classes due to inclement weather. ONE DAY WORKSHOPS: There are no refunds, make-ups or credits for non-attendance. If notice is given 7+ days from workshop date, a full refund minus $25 non-refundable fee will be given. If you can't attend, you may find someone to fill your spot. If cancellation is made 6 or less days before workshop date, no refund will be given.
